In a commendable step towards promoting the welfare and education of police families, the District Police of Sheikhupura has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ghazi Public School and Academy. This MoU ensures that the children of martyred police officers, retirees, and current personnel will receive significant educational support.
According to the agreement, children of martyred police officers will be granted free education. Additionally, children of retired and serving police personnel will benefit from up to 50% fee discounts. This generous initiative aims to ease the financial burden on police families and open doors to higher education for their children.
The MoU was signed in the presence of ASP Shahzaib Mushtaq, who has shown exceptional commitment to the welfare of his department’s staff. His efforts in securing this partnership with Ghazi Public School and Academy highlight the Sheikhupura Police’s ongoing dedication to community-focused initiatives.
The District Police Sheikhupura shared the news on their official social media platforms, applauding the partnership as a meaningful stride towards honoring the sacrifices of police martyrs and supporting the families who continue to serve the community.
This initiative sets a strong example for other districts to follow, reinforcing the message that the families of those who protect the public will not be forgotten.
